2. Services Description

Bitmoji Plus provides tools for editing Bitmoji avatars, including custom clothing and additional features. Our Services use the Bitmoji API and integrate with Bitmoji.com to enhance the Bitmoji experience. The login process is handled through Discord OAuth, and we use cookies and tokens provided by Bitmoji.com.

3. No Affiliation

Bitmoji Plus is an independent project created for personal use and interest, and it is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Bitmoji.com or Snap Inc. We do not claim any ownership over Bitmoji’s intellectual property, including logos, images, or software.

4. User Responsibilities

Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use certain features of our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details secure.

Use of Services: You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Services to engage in any unlawful activities or to infringe upon the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All Bitmoji-related content and materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and software, are the property of Bitmoji.com and its licensors. We do not own these materials and are using them under the terms of their API.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You acknowledge that Bitmoji Plus is a modified version of Bitmoji.com and that Bitmoji.com retains all rights to its original content.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services utilize the Bitmoji API and other integrations. We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuations of the Services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitmoji Plus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Since this is a personal project created by an individual, you agree to use the Services responsibly. We cannot guarantee complete protection against all issues that might arise. If there are any problems or misunderstandings related to your use of the Services, we will try to resolve them in a fair manner. This is not a legal guarantee, but we aim to handle issues as best as we can.
